• You are responsible for every action taken with your account; keep contact details current.
• All prices in PKR; renewal rates adjust when registry prices change.
• Renew before expiry or the domain risks suspension, redemption fees and deletion. Auto-renewal recommended.
• Transfers in and out follow registry rules and complete within about one business day after identity verification.
• Liability capped at what you paid for the affected service in the last 12 months.

• New registrations: refundable within 5 days if the registry allows deletion in the add-grace period and the domain was not transferred or misused. Some extensions allow no refund.
• Renewals, transfers and redemptions are non-refundable once sent to the registry.
• Failed orders (name unavailable, reserved, ineligible) are refunded in full or credited.
• Duplicate or wrong payments: report within 30 days with the payment reference.
• Approved refunds go back to the same account, wallet or card within 7 working days.

• Applies to every registration, renewal and transfer across all 1,973 extensions.
• Sets the registrant's obligations through the domain's lifecycle, including accurate WHOIS data.

• Domains may not be used for spam, phishing, malware, fraud or illegal content; violations lead to suspension.

• Collects name, company, email, phone, address, payment and domain/DNS details, plus basic technical data.
• WHOIS: personal data is redacted for most extensions; some country TLDs publish registrant details (noted per extension).
• Payment providers receive only what is needed to confirm payment.
• View, update, copy or request deletion of your data via the client area or support@domainwalay.pk.

• Each of the 1,973 extensions has its own page: eligibility, term (1–10 yrs), 60-day transfer lock, grace and redemption windows (typically 30 d / 30 d), dispute policy.
• .pk and .com.pk: 2-year minimum term, PKNIC dispute policy.

• 14-day money-back on shared, reseller and cloud hosting. Excluded: domains, VPS, SSL certificates, licences, setup/migration fees and renewals past the window. Refunds within 7–14 business days to the original method.
• Invoices 7–14 days before due date in PKR; late payment suspends after a 5–7 day grace period.
• SLA: 99.9% uptime on shared/cloud, 99.95% on VPS/dedicated; credits as account credit, requested within 30 days.
• Backups are best-effort; keep your own off-site copy. 15-day data-recovery window after suspension.
• "Unlimited" resources are subject to fair use. Pakistani law, Karachi jurisdiction.

• Prohibited: spam, phishing, fraud, torrents, crypto-mining, malware, DDoS, proxy/VPN abuse, botnets.
• Shared hosting is for websites, not file sharing, backup storage, link farms or streaming.
• Email: recipient consent, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, unsubscribe link. Non-compliance suspends without notice.
• Enforcement: warning → 7–14 day remediation → immediate suspension for critical cases. Investigations 24–72 h.

• Collects identity (name, CNIC/NTN), contact, credentials, billing and verification documents; analytics data for visitors.
• Card numbers are never stored — tokenised by the payment gateway (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe, PayPal).
• Shared only with registries (PKNIC, Verisign), payment processors, PTA compliance, legal requests and infrastructure partners under confidentiality.
• Billing records kept 6+ years; service data 15 days after termination. Access, correction, deletion and opt-out on request.

• 15% recurring commission on hosting (not domains); 90-day cookie; $50 minimum payout, monthly, by bank transfer or account credit.
• No paid-to-click traffic, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, spam or altered links.

• Report copyright, phishing, spam, network abuse, malware, fraud, defamation or other AUP violations.
• Response: critical — immediate; phishing/fraud — within 24 h; spam/copyright — 24–72 h; other — up to 5 business days.
• Submit via the web form, a support ticket, or abuse@hostingwalay.pk.

• Prices in PKR; the price on the page is the price on the invoice. Pay by bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or card.
• Quotations are numbered PDFs with the price locked for 7 days; no payment is taken at quotation.
• Validation: DV checks domain control only (minutes); OV verifies the company (SECP/NTN, 1–3 working days); EV runs deeper legal and business checks (1–5 working days).
• Installation help on WhatsApp is included (cPanel, Plesk, Nginx, Apache, IIS). Certificates on HostingWalay plans are installed for you.
• Reissues are free when you change servers or lose a key; expiry reminders are sent before renewal.

Certificates are issued by the certificate authority once activated, so cancellation windows depend on the CA and the product. Ask sales@khalidgroup.co before ordering if you need a specific cancellation term, and it will be written on your quotation.

SSLWalay orders are processed through the shared KhalidGroup client area, so the same data handling described in the HostingWalay and DomainWalay privacy policies applies: identity and company documents are used only for CA validation, card data is tokenised by the payment gateway, and you can request access or deletion via support@khalidgroup.co.
